Managed Institutional
Commodities Program
Key decision makers responsible for power and gas purchases work directly with OFMS's portfolio management team to develop a comprehensive energy risk management strategy and plan ("ERMP"). The ERMP is a data driven process that incorporates not only the supply and demand fundamentals driving price volatility in the short/medium/long term, but also the market analytics underlying optimal portfolio management. Once the ERMP has been memorialized, the OFMS portfolio management team leverages its proprietary energy desk to actively manage its client's commodities (power/gas) portfolios. Periodic updates ensure clients' ERMPs remain current over time.

Full-Service Program
Analogous to a company outsourcing its pension program to a qualified financial institution, clients outsource the management of their power and gas to OFMS. As a fiduciary, OFMS handles all communications with counterparties (trading, utilities, demand response, and billing), negotiates and executes all agreements, and executes all trades. As a managed institutional commodities program, OFMS has the resources and capabilities that no broker, consultant, or retail supplier has. OFMS's managed institutional commodities program is a best-in-class energy risk management program available to large energy consumers.
